The pressure sensor of the air compressor may fail in the following circumstances:       

• The pressure goes up and the output cannot be sent up.

           ​Technical personnel should first check whether the pressure interface is a flat or clogged.If it is not confirmed, check the wiring mode and check the power supply. If the power supply is normal, simply pressurize the output to see if it changes or wipe the sensor zero to see if there is output.If there is no change, the sensor has malfunctioned, possibly because of instrument damage or to see if there is a problem in other parts of the system.Pressure transmitter output does not change, in the pressure to send prominent change, pressure relief transmitter zero can not go back, it is likely that the pressure sensor pressure plug in the pressure outlet sensor, pressure medium does not go.But when the pressure is high, the sealing ring is suddenly broken open, and the pressure sensor is changed by the pressure.The best way to troubleshoot this problem is to remove the sensor, see if there is a problem with the zero position, and under normal circumstances, you can replace the sealing ring and try again.

• The transmitter output signal is not stable.

           The root of the problem that may be related to the pressure source.The pressure source itself is unstable, which may be caused by the fault of the sensor or the poor anti-interference ability.If there is a deviation between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge, confirm it in time.
